Controversial Thoughts: Why isn't the media talking about metabolic health? And Welcome to Hogwarts.

23

If you are curious about connections between metabolic dysfunction and the strength of your immune system but don’t have time to listen to this video you disappoint me! 🤣 JK! But you should listen to this one and share it with someone in your life who is obese (and likely pre-diabetic) who doesn’t think they are at risk of a bad COVID outcome, or maybe they are terrified but don’t know what they can do about it other than cowering in their homes and continue eating junk. Nothing changes without a spark. Maybe you showing these ideas to someone will be the spark that saves their life. Or not, which is why I’ll keep doing what I’m doing even amidst worsening censorship. Can’t hold the truth down forever. #theremembering

Hi, sorry to advertise, but I can’t think of a better place to put this on: there’s a retreat center in Costa Rica focused on metabolic health through ancestral health practices. For those that like the idea of being in the middle of the jungle for a while working on your health, here’s the website: http://www.haciendadelsolcr.com. The wellness retreats are heavily influenced by Mark Sisson s Primal philosophy and may go full carnivore one day.

Great talk BUT WTF did the speed increase when you weren’t in front of the camera. Or is this just how fast you speak? Why? Sounds like your on speed. And there’s no option to slow down the speed. Please consider altering your speaking presentation to exclude these staccato bursts and strange pauses.

A lot of people are moving to Rumble and Parler after strikes, blocking and de-monetization on YouTube and Twitter. Keep speaking truth. Noticed many more big Pharma commercials on the Carnivore creator channels on YouTube. Repatha (LDL) came up while writing this comment. Insidious.

Bro.. I believe you… honestly. The problem is I’m just a simple man with limited vocabulary and you speak about things that are miles over my head. I really really want to understand but it feels really overwhelming. Pretty much why I’m not buying carnivore code because if it’s anything like your video I don’t have a chance. You’re brilliant. I’m simple. Help me.

Is it possible to do a video where a 12-15 year old could understand and walk away knowing what steps they could take to start making a positive change in their life?

Consider the Rumble platform for content….freedom of speech

Keep telling people that medicine should not be in a vacuum. Doctors are doctors because they'd learned how to learn but when they limit themselves to one specialty they limit themselves to be a really good doctor.

Thank you so much Dr. Saladino for addressing the credential fallacy at the beginning of this presentation. Simply pointing to ones credentials does not , in anyway, buttress ones claims. After all, history is replete with highly credentialed people being on polar opposite sides of an issue. Think of how you have numerous MDs and PhDs advocating for a vegan diet, while at the same time having numerous MDs and PhDs advocating for a more carnivorous low carb diet. How does simply pointing to the credentials of a group help the listener discern which side is correct? It doesn't. More to the point, history is inundated with numerous instances of highly esteemed and credentialed people who have been flat out wrong on a whole host of issues. As one example, of many that can be adduced, Dr. Ignaz Semmelweis was one of the first proponents to advocate for surgeons to do the simple act of washing their hands before surgery, so as to reduce the chance of life threatening infections being transmitted to the patient. While this seems to be common sense to most of us nowadays, given our knowledge of germ theory, back in the 1800s, Dr. Semmelweis was ridiculed by his colleagues as a quack for suggesting that washing ones hands before going into the operating room would greatly reduce mortality. All of Dr. Semmelweis' colleagues were highly credentialed doctors. Yet, despite their credentials, they were flat out wrong. In short, the only proper way to discern between truth and falsehoods is to make a dispassionate assessment of the quality of the argument and be fair in our appraisal of the evidence provided.

I saw that they immediately censored that Dee-Nyar video. 😕Big Bruh ain’t happy with you, which means you are on 🎯 Regarding credentials, I will tell you who has the best credentials: very old people who are in excellent health. Let’s talk to THEM. Next, why the dear Leaders don’t talk about metabolic health in the general covid hysteria: hmmm… let’s think about it. Shouldn’t take too long to figure it out. 🤔

Paul I just wanted to say you did us fat eaters on JRE podcast proud! Much love from New Zealand. Thanks for dispelling the myths the sugar industry has pushed on us for our entire lifetimes.

Have you seen the German commercial that says the best thing you can do for cv19 is be a couch potatoe and each crisps and drink cola…and stay in all day and watch the tellybox….its on yt…this is obscene and absurd….

Paul, the supplementation with Colostrum is great stuff. Can you direct me on where to buy this supplement? I do well with Whey and dairy.

Hi Doctor Paul, I see your deep knowledge on nutrition but if everyone becomes carnivore, do you think this earth would be enough to supply the proper diet as populated as we are?

  15. Annette Stephens says

I was brought up (raised) to respect and obey authorities and governments, previously believing that they knew best. Now however, I feel so cheated and lied to by mainstream media. When I try to tell my friends and family about what you, Ivor Cummings and many more are saying, they tell me not to trust what I hear on You Tube!! The future feels very uncertain. Thank you for your controversial thoughts….keep them coming xx

Hi Paul, Are your nose to tail supplements available in UK? I can get Bulk Powders Colostrom but not sure it's any good since reading reviews on amazon.

I think they don't discuss it because the majority of people won't change how they eat. They love their sugary, corn filled junk. And those people have no interest in changing their diets. Unfortunately. It's much easier for them to just swallow a pill for their high blood pressure or whatever else they have while they continue the bad diets. And then they look at me like I'm the weird one due to my diet but I'm healthy. But the majority of people being unwilling to change their lifestyle and eating habits probably has a lot to do with it. That and all of those companies who make a fortune off of the bad diets while keeping them addicted. You need will power to change and bravery too. It's much easier for them to continue on with the bad diet so they fit in with their friends. And those friends encourage eating the bad stuff too. I've seen it years ago. I'm glad I'm not in that crowd anymore.
