Crispy Cheese Chinese Dosa !!!
•Just some thin sliced veggies
• 1tsp of grated cheese
• Little touch of sauces
• No salt & added oil
& your crispy Cheese Chinese Dosa is ready.
Super healthy, lower in calories & high in fibre.
I clubbed it with a refreshing glass of chilled Sattu buttermilk.
Sooooo yummy, complete and filling 😍

1. In a medium hot pan, pour 1.5 tsps of regular dosa batter.
2. Now spread 1 tsp of schezwan sauce all over the dosa.
3. Add, finely chopped cabbage, onion and capsicum (spread evenly).
4. Allow it to slowly cook by covering it for 2 mins.
5. Now sprinkle few drops of soya sauce over the dosa and grate 1-2 tsp of cheese all over it.
6. Serve hot.
