The Office of Homelessness Assistance and Poverty Prevention (OHAPP) continues its efforts in providing a new shelter for Guam’s homeless. This morning on The Link, Lieutenant Governor Josh Tenorio said they had a few prospects in Tamuning, but it looks like they’ll have to check a few other villages.
