This is also perfect for keeping you hydrated in summer. This watermelon smoothie bowl requires just a few ingredients and you will definitely love the taste.
Watermelon is a refreshing, healthy, and delicious fruit that has high water content. This low-calorie fruit provides hydration and essential nutrients including vitamins, minerals,s, and antioxidants.
Watermelon has many nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B1, B5, B6, potassium, and magnesium. Adding this fruit to your diet can benefit your health in several ways. It helps you hydrate, help prevent cancer, improve heart health, lower inflammation, and oxidative stress, help relieve muscle soreness, and improve digestion. Vitamin A and C in watermelon will help your body to make collagen which keeps your skin and hair healthy.
Here is my recipe for a refreshing and easy to make a watermelon smoothie bowl.
• 1 cup of frozen watermelon
• 1 frozen ripe banana
• 1 tbsp of honey, optional
• 2 scoops of collagen powder
• 2 strawberries
• Hemp hearts
