As Dr. Edwin McDonald has said the most important question a doctor can ask his patient is “what are you eating”? If your doctor has never asked you this, maybe it’s time to find a Lifestyle Medicine doctor. Mine is named Wayne Dysinger, MD, MPH . He practices with
Dipika Pandit, MD, MPH and he can see anyone who lives in the U.S. via telemedicine.

Email: hello@lifestylemedical.com or request appointment on their website: www.lifestylemedical.com or call: (951) 742-7324.

You may be able to find a pant based doctor here :

These other wonderful doctors do telemedicine, many can also see you if you live outside of the U.S.

Dr Dysinger is my Dr too….and for many years. I took my mother to him after her husband passed away. She had some significant health issues that I felt could be dealt with through diet and lifestyle. On the first visit he wrote her a prescription for “Beans and Greens, 20 minutes of exercise 3 times a week”. I knew he was the right Dr for us. He is the best!!

What are your thoughts on brown rice cakes(non flavoured) and lentil rice cakes (100% lentils). I eat copious amounts of these!!? Apologies for my question being outside live hour, as I live outside suitable timezone. Thank you Chef AJ.
